REGISTRATION
How can I make my Profile/Resume ?
You can create your Profile through 2 channels:

Voice
Call on our number 1860 180 1100. Your call will be directed to a Customer Care Center where you can personally give your details and with the help of the customer care executive you can create your profile

Web
Go to our Registration Page. Fill out the form to complete your profile

Authentication Code will be autogenerated by the system and sent as SMS. For Registrations on the IVR, the Authentication Code will serve as password for the Website Login. User ID for login to the Website is the Mobile No.

How can I update/edit my Profile ?
In order to get the best search result, update your profile regularly. You can edit your profile on Voice as well as web.

On Voice: Once you have been identified and authenticated, you can choose the option "Edit Profile" to change any details in your profile.

On Web: Once you have logged into your account, you can view your current profile and click "Edit" to make any changes in your profile.

Does it cost to create my Profile ?
No. You can create your profile FREE OF COST. But you will get more job alerts if you are a paid job seeker.

I can't remember the password to my account. How can I login again ?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email ID. An auto-generated password will be sent to your email id. You can also call the Customer Care center to request for resetting of your password.

How can I change the password to my account ?
Once you have logged in to your account, you can change sensitive details such as your password from the "My Account" page.

Do I have to pay to apply for a job ?
You can apply up to 7 jobs per month for free. However, as a free user, there is a limit on the number of jobs that you can apply to. To apply to unlimited jobs, you can pay.

Does my Account become "Inactive" ?
Yes. If no activity has been observed on your profile either on Voice or on Web for the last 90 days, your profile will be termed "Inactive". It will become "Active" again as soon as any activity is performed on your profile through any channel.

What is job search ?
Job Search is the facility provided by Saral Rozgar™ for all Job Seekers to search for Jobs based on criteria defined by them. Basic job search involves only the default search criteria such as:

Job Categories
Experience
Education
Location ( Current + Prefered 1 + Prefered 2 + Prefered 3)
Current Salary
Gender

What is Advanced Job Search ?
Advanced Search is available only after logging into the account. You can refine your search for the right job by narrowing down your search criteria. The Advanced search can be done on the basis of :

Keyword
Industry Type
Provider Category
Job Category
Gender
Location
Salary
Experience
Education

JOB ALERT
What is the alert mechanism ?
Alert Mechanism allows you to receive alerts about any matching jobs. You can get these alerts on SMS, Voice Call or Email, depending on the option you choose.

How many types of Alerts will I get ?
You can receive the following alerts:

Job Alerts
Activation Alerts
Payment Alerts

What is the frequency of the alert ?
You get Job Alerts as and when the Employers post jobs. The Payment Alert and Activation alerts are sent only during the time of payment expiry and inactivation of profile respectively.

Do I have to pay to get alerts ?
The alerts pertaining to paid employers can be received by all. However, to receive all types of alerts, you need to be paid.

APPLY
How can I apply for a selected job ?
There are 2 ways of applying to jobs:

By calling our Number: You can search for and apply for jobs on the Voice Call. Or if you have received the Job ID over SMS Alert, you can apply directly by choosing that option in the Call flow.

On the Voice Alert: You can apply directly on the Voice Call alert which you receive, by pressing 1.

On the Website: You can search for jobs, and click apply to send your contact details to the respective employer.

I am not registered on the site. Can I still apply ?
No. You need to be registered in order to apply for jobs at Saral Rozgar™.

Can I apply for more than one job at a time ?
Yes. You can apply for maximum 3 jobs in 1 voice call/single login on website.

Do I have an option to reapply for a particular job vacancy ?
If the job has been refreshed, you can apply for the job again.

When can I expect a response after a successful job application ?
Your contact details will be sent to the Employer when you apply to a job. The Employer will contact you on his time.

JOB POSTING
How can I register at Saral Rozgar™ ?
You can create your Profile through 2 channels:

Go to our Registration Page. Fill out the form to complete your profile

How can I post a job on Saral Rozgar™ ?
You can post jobs through both mediums, Voice as well as web. The methods are as follows:

On Voice: Once you call up our number and register, you can select the Job Posting option and enter all the details of your Job on IVR. Once the details have been transcribed and submitted in our system, your job will be considered posted and active.

On Web: Once you are logged in to the portal, click on New Job Postings. Enter the details of the job you wish to post and click "Submit". You r job will be considered posted and active immediately.

How much does it cost ?
Job Posting is free on Saral Rozgar™, however, you would be required to pay in case you wish to send alerts to the Job seekers.

What are 'Inactive Jobs' ?
If a job has not been refreshed since 90 days, t he job will be considered "Inactive".

What is meant by 'Refresh' a job ?
Once a job is considered "Inactive", you need to refresh the job by logging into the system and opting to refresh the job. If this process is not done, the job posting will be removed from the system

How do I modify a job vacancy that I've already posted on the site ?
You can chose to edit a Job posting on Voice or Web by choosing that option. When a Employer edits a job, the Job ID will remain the same & the Job posted date will be updated to the current date. All the applicants who have applied to this job will remain associated to this job, while a new alert will be sent to a new set of jobseekers.

How do I remove my job from your site ?
You can choose to delete a job from Saral Rozgar™ by selecting "Delete Jobs" in Manage Jobs section from the website. The same activity cannot be performed on Voice.

How do I view the responses received for the job that I've posted ?
You can view responses received on the "Manage Job Postings" link, after logging in. Here, you will get detailed profiling of all interested candidates, along with contact details.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
I forgot my username/password. How can I retrieve it ?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email ID. An auto-generated password will be sent to your email id. You can also call the Customer Care center to request for resetting of your password.

I am still having problems signing into my account. What should I do ?
If you have already tried obtaining a new password, please call the Customer Care center to help you resolve the matter.

Does my Account become "Inactive" ?

CANDIDATE CONTACT VIEW
How do I see the candidates' contact details ?
Only paid subscribers can view the full profile of the candidates.

ALERT MECHANISM
How can I send Alerts to the candidates ?
You can send alerts on:

On Voice:
The Alerts will be sent to a pre-defined fixed number of candidates depending on Provider Type:

Industries – Top 10 candidates
Households/Shopkeepers – Top 10 candidates
Default mode of Alert sent to Seekers is OBD for jobs posted on Voice.
Employer cannot choose the candidates on Voice. To do that, he has to login to through the Website.

On Web:
Employer can select Number of candidates, mode of alert.
He can also select the candidates he wants to send the Alert to.
Depending on the numbers and the type of alert, cost will be calculated and deducted from his balance.
On candidate search, list of candidates appears. He can use a check box to select all or some of the candidates to send Alerts to.

What are the different channels of Alerts that can be sent ?
The different channels of alerts are SMS, Voice call and email.

What is the cost of Alerts ?
It depends on the amount you have consumed from the subscription pack you have chosen.

What will the content of the Alerts ?
You can decide the content of the alerts. The same content will be sent to the candidates. Also, if you choose Hindi as the language of preference, you can also send Alerts in this language by simply typing in your content.

If a candidate responds to my Alert, how will I get to know?

Depending on the alert preference mode you have chosen, you will receive alerts. These can be SMS or Email.

What type of Alerts do I receive ?
The various alerts you can receive are:

Candidate Response Alerts
Activation Alerts
Payment Alerts


Can I choose my preferred mode of receiving alerts ?
Yes.
